When I first heard the unfinished version of this remix a few months ago, it was apparent it was going to be huge. Now that we have the totally finished version, it’s obvious why Miike Snow chose this remix. Following in the footsteps on Thomas Gold, Dirty South, and Sebastian Ingrosso, and their catalog defining remixes, Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman get the honor of being chosen in the Miike Snow tradition of one remix per track, which makes it even more special for the two Stockholm natives.
Staying true to their big room progressive sound, Vangelis & Wyman give us another track that will stand tall among the many releases we see today. It will be released December 17th on Robotberget.

When Nine Inch Nails frontman, Trent Reznor, isn’t winning the Academy Award for Best Original Score for The Social Network or composing the theme song for Black Ops II, he finds time to produce seductively eerie music as How to Destroy Angels, HTDA.
To our satisfaction, Deadmau5 got his nimble little hands on the juxtaposized folk masterpiece adding an arousing array of calming bleeps and bloops. While I may not showboat around town in my car, windows down during mid-winter, blasting this remix, I will sit quietly on a Sunday and let it bring a tear to my eye.

After dropping a nasty remix of “Epic” with Luminox, Carnage is back, this time teaming up with Victor Niglio to remix “Cannonball” in the regular festival trap style! I’ve heard the original a fair bit over the last month and I was really impressed with the refix.
While the drop is fairly simplistic, Carnage and Victor don’t overcomplicate things, but stay with the main elements of the original. In the end, the remix has such a huge feel with that nasty trap pattern that Carnage has perfected so well. Make sure to stay tuned for more festival trap mixes from Carnage.
