Rihanna - Pour It Up (remix)

Following the radio success of the original, Rihanna has released a star-studded remix of her single “Pour It Up”. Featuring new verses from Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, Juicy J, and T.I., the track boasts a lot of luxury life talk and next to nothing else. This shiny, but ultimately empty remix is for people who thought the original wasn’t vapid enough, and comes complete with additional bass lines for those who are not impressed with big names pontificating about their personal wealth. You can stream the remix to “Pour It Up” below.

Drake – Take Care (Kidmyn Remix) ft. Rihanna

Drake - Take Care (Kidmyn Remix) ft. Rihanna

With NYE on the horizon, prepare to be barraged with an obnoxious amount of rage-worthy music (both new and old). This track has been on repeat for a good while now, and I feel as though no year-end mix should be without some sort of Drake and Rihanna tune. So here’s the first of many (most likely).

Rihanna – Diamonds (remix) ft. Kanye West

Rihanna must have a lot of faith in “Diamonds”, as she has released a new remix featuring Kanye West before officially dropping any other singles off her upcoming album, Unapologetic. West jumps on for a pretty long lead verse, which borrows a few lines from the theme to “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” and a includes a reference to the Illuminati. A shout to Def Jam’s new signee, Lil Reese also makes the cut.

Yes yes, more Rihanna. Her record leaked earlier today and, although we’re not going to put up a full stream just yet, we had to provide these two which we think are must haves. Enjoy!

Chris Brown – Don’t Judge Me (Official Video)

Chris Brown and Rihanna just can’t seem to keep their “relationship” out of the spotlight and we reckon that his latest track “Don’t Judge Me”will only help with the rumors. The singer has released the official music video to his latest single earlier today (September 27) which sees him departing for a one way mission to space. And you ask “what does this have to do with Rihanna?” Well, if you take a moment to listen to the lyrics, we think that Brown’s former love may be the inspiration.

He sings: ‘”You’re hearing rumours about me. And you can’t stomach the thought. Of someone touching my body.’”

“When you’re so close to my heart. I won’t deny what they saying. Because most of it is true. But it was all before I fell for you..”

As the fifth single release from his recent album Fortune, it follows prevous hits “Turn Up The Music”, “Sweet Love”, “Till I Die”, and “Don’t Wake Me Up”.

Rihanna – Diamonds (Prod. by Stargate & Benny Blanco)

Mark my words: By the time she’s 40, Rihanna will have released 5,400 singles. In just a few weeks, she’s dropping her 7th album since 2005, which means we’ll be getting another batch of songs to make sure she’s perpetually in our ears.

“Diamonds”, the first track from the new album, just appeared yesterday (sorry for the delay), and it sounds like yet another smash. Now, I’m not saying this song will forever change our understanding of Rihanna, but it adds another facet to her career. It mixes things up just enough to demand attention, but not so much that we get confused. And let’s be honest: That’s what Rihanna’s brand of pop music is for. It’s supposed to be intriguing and accessible, a little bit smart and a little bit mindless all at once.

Rihanna – We Found Love (Thomas Gold Bootleg)

I know, I know. It’s almost gotta be time for this song to have run it’s course. The original Calvin Harris production was ridiculously radio-friendly and the Rihanna vocal has been used in a countless number of remixes and booties but this one is exceptional. The meteoric rise of Berlin-based producer/DJ Thomas Gold has been impressive to say the least and this dutch/electro break is enough to show why he’s gonna be finding his way to the top on the mainstream and club scenes.
