There are few things I find that I like better than seeing the stars of years past keeping up with trends of today’s industry. Giving out free music via your SoundCloud seems to be a thing of the more recent set of artists trying to make it but Fabolous has decided to jump on board for his own collaboration with Araab Muzik. This song comes in promotion of Fabolous’ tour with Pusha T presented by MTV Jams titled The Life Is So Exciting tour strting on 4/24 (check here to see if these two are comin to a city near you)!

Red Cafe’s new tape drops tomorrow (yea, that date snuck up on me too), and Funk Flex droped this new track off the tape for everyone to enjoy. Red is an underrated artist IMO, and each one of his tapes have at least 2-3 bangers on it. Lucky for us, there are no Flex bombs on this. Sweet!

J. Cole’s featured verse on Fabolous’ The S.O.U.L. Tape 2 gets some more new life. It seems that the Roc Nation MC is having troubles with the ladies of the gold digger variety with an affinity for the luxury brand. Taking Fab’s song and adding a few extra verses to the record and making it his own, Cole’s been warming up the winter in anticipation of his sophomore album, Born Sinner.

In the best news I’ve heard all day, Fabolous dropped a track from The Soul Tape II the follow up to the original Soul Tape. The Soul Tapes are filled with beautiful smooth soul-sampled beats, which gives Los the space to really open up lyrically and put on a clinic. No download yet but the free mixtape is set to drop on Thanksgiving (call it background music to drown out those awkward conversations with that uncle that always seems to just show up).
