Kill The Noise – Blvck Mvgic (Music Video)

Kill The Noise - Blvck Mvgic (Music Video)

Kil The Noise finally released a music video of a song from his Blvck Mvgic EP. Anyone associated with OWSLA’s label always put out some type of odd and unique video. Kill The Noise follows that path by producing a music video where all the characters are made of clay. The event thats occur in this video though are highly violent and gruesome so beware. Blvck Mvgic (AKA Kill The Noise Pt2) is already a powerfully intense dubstep tune, and it help makes the music video all the more captivating. Definately a music video that makes you think, and really entertaining to watch.

Mac Miller – You (Under the alter-ego Larry Lovenstein)

This lives on Mac Miller’s surprise EP You which he dropped under the alias Larry Lovenstein, and is less rap and more jazz-ish. I actually like it more-so because of the change in direction. Definitely my favorite/the most surprising record of today.

Three Loco – Bong Hits [Prod by Sinden and 5kinandbone5]

Your Wednesday just got kicked up to a whole other level. The comedic supergroup of Andy Milonakis, Riff Raff and Dirt Nasty otherwise known as Three Loco made some waves today with the release of a track called Bong Hits. It also comes alongside an announcement from the guys that they will be releasing a 7 track EP on Diplo’s label Mad Decent with an EP teaser below. Check artwork and track listing after the jump; I think they changed We Are Farmers to We Are Llamas?

Virgman – Back In The Day + On The Rocks EP

Putting up songs like this is what makes me excited about being in the position that I’m in now. A friend of mine hit me up a little while ago and told me that his boy from Syracuse just released a mixtape and that I should check it out. After letting it sit for a couple days I took a listen and I can honestly tell you I’m totally blown away. Everything about it from beat selection to production quality to lyrical content was absolutely on point so with great pleasure allow me to introduce you to Virgman and his debut video for Back In The day as well as his On The Rocks EP.

Mac Miller & Pharrell – Glow

Mac JUST let loose a cut that will appear on his collaborative EP with Pharrell“Pink Slime”. I dig the energy Pharrell is bringing to his music game as of the last 6 months (something he admittedly stated he was lacking the last few years). Glad to see certain artists and areas of music are exciting him again. Dope track.

xKore – Stabs

The up and coming Dubstep/Drumstep producer xKore has dropped his new Stabs EP on Inspected. The EP includes, “Everybody Rock”, easily one of my favorite Moombahton tracks. You can download the full EP by clicking the download link provided below. This dubstep song definitively has a ravey feeling too it, but that’s what makes it so unique. Enjoy =)

Urban Noize – Mr. West EP

Through their prolific output of remixes Miami production duo Urban Noize has taken remixing to the next level while, in the process, making quite the name for themselves. Having remixed music from Mac MillerAlicia KeysOutkastM.I.A., and Chris Brown (to name a few), Urban Noize have proven themselves to be masterful rework producers. In an age where any no-name producer with cheap production software can tinker with a song and shell it out to the listening masses as a genuine remix, the true art of remixing appears to have been lost.

Urban Noize’s new remix opus “Mr. West” finds brothers Steve and Steven singling out eight songs from Kanye West‘s expansive catalog and treating them to their personal remix treatment. Re-imagining songs from a larger than life artist like Mr. West is no small feat. Urban Noize are among the few producers today that posess the creative knack for transforming and breathing new life into the songs the remix.

Preview 3 of the tracks below and catch the full download.

Urban Noize – Homecoming (Urban Noize Remix) ft. Chris Martin

Urban Noize – Forever West (Urban Noize Remix) ft. Vega Choir

Urban Noize – Touch The Sky (Urban Noize Remix) ft. Florence Welch of Florence & The Machine and Lupe Fiasco
