Watch the Trailer for Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky” featuring Pharrell Williams & Nile Rodgers at Coachella

Well after holding off on posting all of the “Daft Punk spotted at Wendys!” minutia that has been flooding the internet lately, we finally have some hard evidence of material from their upcoming album Random Access Memories. This track was premiered at Coachella before The Yeah Yeah Yeahs went on and comes with the accompanying rumor that a music video for the track might be coming out this Monday 4/15. The song features vocals from Pharrell Williams & Nile Rodgers and aside from the unbelievable quality of the music (which has warranted this media hype in the first place), whoever is directing the marketing of this album is an absolute GENIUS. We’ll keep you updated with all things robot as the weekend progresses!

House – Madeon – Icarus (Collin McLoughlin Vocal Edit)

In most cases, I find that vocals and bacon have a lot in common; things are usually better with it than without it. In no way shape or form did 17 year old Madeon‘s nu-disco classic Icarus need any improvement – it was perfect as it was. With that being said, the addition of these euphoric vocals from Collin McLoughlin put this song on an entirely new level and has made me fall in love with this progressive masterpiece all over again.

You will too.

*Video*/Hip-Hop – Dr. Dre – FULL Coachella Performance | Special Guests include: Eminem, 50 Cent, Wiz Khalifa, Kendrick Lamar, & many more…

It was already one of the most highly-anticipated performances of the Coachella festival this year. But Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre achieved the impossible last night as they brought back late rapper Tupac Shakur for their headline performance. Snoop was joined by a life-size hologram of Tupac who stunned the crowd of 75,000 fans when he appeared onstage.

The bare-chested Tupac – who was dressed in sagging jeans and Timberland boots circa 1995, just like ones he wore around the time he was shot dead on September 13, 1996, aged 25. And he greeted the roaring crowd saying:’ What’s up Coachella?’ - a festival that wasn’t even taking place at the time of his death – before joining Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre on hit single Hail Mary. Shakur also joined Snoop for songs Come With Me and Gangsta Party stalking around the stage in his trademark style.

Guests also included living hip-hop heavyweights like 50 Cent, Eminem, Wiz Khalifa, and many more. The performance lit up the Twitterverse for hours on end, garnering attention from celebrities and concert-goers alike. What do you think?! Cool or creepy? Peep the full performance in 2 parts below:
