Justin Timberlake Announces New Album

Justin Timberlake New Album

The Internet was abuzz last night with reports of a new single from Justin Timberlake featuring Jay-Z and produced by Timbaland. Now, sources have confirmed that we can expect an entire new album from the collaborators. Produced entirely by Timbaland, the ‘NSYNC alum’s new record has apparently been in the works for some time and allegedly includes 20 new songs.

There’s no word about when Timberlake’s first album since 2006′s FutureSex/LoveSounds will see the light of day, but rumor has it that first single is dropping soon (supposed to be today, maybe tomorrow?).

Lil Wayne – Awkward (Prod. by Jahlil Beats & Key Wane)

For something a little different, Lil Wayne drops a new record called “Awkward”, produced by Jahlil Beats and Key Wane. This track will live on DJ Stevie J’s The Appreciation Vol. 5: Holiday Edition. Just because this is a mixtape track, don’t expect to hear the “Mixtape Weezy” on this one. Lil Tunechi is doing some off key singing on this and, well, the description matches the song.

Wayne’s I Am Not A Human Being 2 is scheduled to drop on February 19th, 2013 after tons of pus backs. Get a listen to the new record “Awkward” down below and have some appreciation for the dedication.

Kirko Bangz – Keep It Trill

Kirko Bangz drops his first single (which he’s been hinting to fans about in recent weeks). Smooth, laid back, auto-tune falsetto type sound that makes Kirko who he is. Even though his major label debut album under Warner Bros. still remains nameless, this will likely be the first single off of it.

Wiz Khalifa – The Bluff ft. Cam’Ron (Official Video)

Wiz gives us the visuals for “The Bluff” featuring Cam’Ron off O.N.I.F.C. which drops next week. These two balance each other out in a weird way that I can’t put into words, but in a way I’m really feeling. Turn up!

Game – Stripper ft. Wale (Prod. by Cool N Dre)

Game is really pushing this whole “Sunday Service” idea to the limit. The latest track to promote his forthcoming Jesus Piece album is “Stripper” featuring Wale. Not sure if Sunday Service and strippers go hand in hand, but that might depend on where you’re from. Either way, it’s a great promotional tactic. Jesus Piece drops Dec. 11. Mark your calendars.

Rihanna – Diamonds (remix) ft. Kanye West

Rihanna must have a lot of faith in “Diamonds”, as she has released a new remix featuring Kanye West before officially dropping any other singles off her upcoming album, Unapologetic. West jumps on for a pretty long lead verse, which borrows a few lines from the theme to “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” and a includes a reference to the Illuminati. A shout to Def Jam’s new signee, Lil Reese also makes the cut.

Rihanna – Right Now ft. David Guetta | Numb ft. Eminem (Combo Post)

Yes yes, more Rihanna. Her record leaked earlier today and, although we’re not going to put up a full stream just yet, we had to provide these two which we think are must haves. Enjoy!

Wiz Khalifa – Remember You ft. The Weeknd (Official Music Video)

We’ve come to expect a number of staples in a Wiz Khalifa visual – Bombay gin, copious amounts of weed, and a “turn up”-yelling cameo from Juicy J (more often than not) – but much like the music itself, his “Remember You” video is just different. The Ryan Hope-directed piece portrays the sexy, seductive, yet ultimately sinister underworld that damsels-in-distress find themselves lured into. Guest starring crooner, The Weeknd, doesn’t actually make an appearance in the clip, but his presence is undoubtedly felt throughout.

“Remember You” is available to purchase as a single on iTunes, and will be featured on Wiz Khalifa’s O.N.I.F.C. album, out Dec. 4.

Big Boi – Lines ft. A$AP Rocky and Phantogram

Big Boi is back with “Lines”, another big collaboration from his forthcoming album Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumors (out December 11). This time, he has teamed up with Rihanna’s tour-mate A$AP Rocky as well as dark synth-pop duo Phantogram. The song opens with Rocky rapping over a beat that’s equal parts needly and spacey, before things slow down for the hook, sung by Phantogram’s Sarah Barthel. The guest spots here are a welcome addition to a VLDR roster that is already expected to include the likes of Kelly Rowland, Theophilus London and Little Dragon. Clean version for now.
